I hear you, Tiffany. Keep up the good work, fight the good fight, and remain true to your values, speaking truth to power. It's so maddening and disconcerting that there are so many voters like this in our country. You clearly have the patience of a saint!
We all need to keep speaking up and provide sources for our claims. The cult members will reject most of what we say but they need to know that we exist. So many speak only to like minded folks who never challenge their beliefs. We are here. We are strong. And we vote.
It’s hard to reason with people that resort to childish spite (I’m going to put up my trump flag! so there! take that! ) it’s best not to react to them with emotion but facts. They might not want to hear it but it is a seed outside their echo chamber. You handled that perfectly
Your part of that encounter was SOOO GREAT! Enjoy Montana and keep up the good work. You may never know the influence you are having. You are a patriot so appropriate this D-Day remembrance.
Great commentary Tiffany and stay strong ! At the age of 85 I've never seen the country so politically divided, all of which has been created by the fascist propaganda coming from Trump over the past 9 years. He's a malignant cancer on our democracy and he absolutely must be defeated on Nov. 5th!
Hang in there. I'm pretty sure I live in the county South of you. I've been to Queer Prom and it's fabulous in all the ways it needs to be. I'm collecting signatures for CI-128 and it's simultaneously rewarding and terrifying down here. Keep up the good work!
Don’t you hate it when people call you “passionate” simply for being informed? I basically had this same conversation a couple of weeks ago. It’s gaslighting. And insulting. It implies that we’re “carried away by our passion.” Because we are women.
I always want to say, “If you admire my passion, why don’t you join me? I’m going to ________ informational forum/fundraising event/speech/rally. You should go with me!”
In 30 years or so when your daughter is sterile because she was denied medical care for an ectopic pregnancy, at least she will have a nice view out her hospital window

You are where you are supposed to be and doing important work. Keep it up!
As for your "dot" I like the concept of many drops make the ocean. Be a drop/dot!

What a great demonstration of how to have a difficult conversation. Thanks! You are good at this, and I'm sorry it is so darn necessary.

I am so glad you are gathering signatures. I live by Tiffany in Florence. How can I reach you to sign CI-128? My Facebook is under Cheryl Bramsen

I’d probably disown her.
I did consider it!
