Hey Tiffany, Thank you for this work.

Project 2025 is actively inviting people to apply to work in the federal government with their ideological screening tool here: https://www.project2025.org/policy/. (click on apply now)

What do you think about flooding them with applications?

That's a really great point. I was planning to do a post about them building a database to hand-select Trump lackeys. No reason why we can't be on the list.

do you think there's any hope that 100,000 progressives can move to Montana and flip the Senate? Or 100,000 to Montana and 100,000 to Wyoming?

We don't need 100,000 progressives to move to Montana to flip the Senate. Jon Tester has won every race since 2006. We need the progressives who are already here to be engaged and not refuse to vote out of protest. I'm really tired of hearing 'Ceasefire or Tester retires.'

where then? Wyoming? Alaska? I agree that it is cretinous/infantile to elect an Islamophobic fascist as a way of improving Israel's actions.

I don't think moving people into a place is a good strategy to win elections. The data shows that the majority of Americans support progressive ideals, but Democrats are constantly fighting the internal firing squad, misinformation, and voter apathy. At the end of the day, the most effective political strategy is still built off of human connection. Which is why we need to stay in relationship with people we disagree with (as hard as that can be).

The Montana race could swing the Senate for sure. Donating money to Tester's campaign can help make organizing more effective, especially in rural Montana (which is most of Montana) where you have to drive a lot of miles to meet few people.

I don't know anybody voting for Trump as far as I know.

How can Trump be sworn in as president when he has to swear to protect the Constitution with all his power, AND "shall guarantee every State a Republic form of government" under Art4 Clause4?

he already did swear to protect the Consitution = in 2017 - that's part of the charges against him for Jan 6. But of course he's doing everything to delay justice.

Thank you for raising the alarm ref Project 2025 - I guess we should be glad they put it out there front and center and free on the web. Given the breadth of the scope of the plans, we should probably focus [each of us] on the 2-3-4 items we know something about and can explain to people how dangerous the project is. It's too big for each of us to discuss the whole thing or for people to listen, but in manageable bites maybe people will get curious enough to check the whole thing out. Good luck with your efforts and for spreading the bad news of Project 2025 everywhere.

Absolutely Victoria! I like the 2-3-4 method. I had to travel for a funeral, but I'm back at it this week and will be posting about the best ways to communicate with people. Thank you so much for reading.
